Hi, I’m Rosalind.
I’m a Registered General Nurse with over 30 years of experience in Accident & Emergency, where I worked as both a Senior Sister and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my career, I’ve thrived in fast-paced environments, embracing the challenges and delivering high-quality care when it matters most.
My experience has given me advanced clinical skills, confidence in decision-making, and a deep commitment to patient safety and wellbeing.
I am now excited to begin a new chapter, establishing my own business specialising in professional blood taking (phlebotomy) services and vitamin treatments, including both intramuscular injections and intravenous infusions.
All treatments are carried out in a purpose-built clinical room designed to meet strict Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) standards, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every client.
My aim is to provide a trusted, professional, and patient-focused service, combining clinical expertise with a personal, caring approach.
I look forward to welcoming you and supporting your health and wellbeing in this next phase of my career.

Zach
HCPC, MSc Physiotherapy, MSc Advanced Clinical Practice.
Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy & Injection Therapy.
With over a decade of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I specialise in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of joint, tendon, and soft tissue conditions.
My career has taken me through both elite sport and advanced clinical practice within the NHS. I have worked extensively in professional football and cricket environments, supporting athletes in returning to peak performance following injury. This experience has shaped my approach — combining high-level rehabilitation principles with a clear focus on function, strength, and long-term resilience.
Alongside this, I currently work as an Advanced Physiotherapist and Clinical Specialist within the NHS, managing complex musculoskeletal presentations on a daily basis. This includes patients with persistent pain, diagnostic uncertainty, and conditions that have not responded to initial treatment.
